About the Role

As a Remote Recruitment Consultant / PA, you will play a key role in managing the full recruitment cycle, developing new business opportunities, and supporting our growing client base in the Food & Beverage industry in around London, UK. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who wants to take ownership of their work and grow alongside the business.

Key Responsibilities

  • 180 Recruitment: Source, interview, and place candidates in Food & Beverage and Hospitality businesses.
  • Client & Account Management: Oversee the recruitment process from start to finish.
  • Strategic Growth: Contribute ideas to drive business expansion.
  • Administrative Support: Manage documentation, update the CRM, and coordinate recruitment activities.
  • Deputise for the Business Owner when needed, ensuring smooth operations.

Who We're Looking For

  • Experience in Recruitment (preferably international) OR experience as a Hiring Manager in F&B or Hospitality.
  • Fluent English (written & spoken).
  • Highly reliable, self-motivated, and proactive with a can-do attitude.
  • Own laptop & stable internet connection (essential for remote work).
