We're looking for enthusiastic people who enjoy creating high-quality products every day and take pride in the smallest details. This role would suit someone with around 1-2 years of bakery, patisserie or cake decoration experience, or someone who has recently built their career in the UK and is looking to continue developing within premium food production.
The Role
As a Decoration Team Member, you'll be responsible for producing beautifully decorated premium doughnuts and pastries that look as good as they taste. Working alongside an experienced team, you'll decorate products in high volumes while maintaining exceptional presentation and consistency. Your responsibilities will include:
- Decorating premium doughnuts, pastries and desserts to a consistently high standard
- Working with creams, fillings, glazes, chocolate, icing and decorative toppings
- Following recipes, production plans and decoration standards accurately
- Producing large volumes of premium products while maintaining excellent attention to detail
- Working efficiently in a busy production kitchen
- Keeping your workstation clean, organised and food-safe
- Supporting your colleagues to ensure smooth daily production
- Occasionally interacting with customers in an open kitchen environment
We're looking for someone who has:
- Experience decorating cakes, pastries, doughnuts, desserts or French patisserie
- Experience working in a busy bakery, cake production, pastry kitchen or food production environment
- A genuine passion for food presentation and premium products
- Excellent attention to detail
- The ability to work quickly without compromising quality
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn new techniques
- Good teamwork skills
- Good English communication skills
- The right to work in the UK
