We are recruiting Front of House Team Members to join a premium, design-led boutique bakery and patisserie brand with multiple locations across Central London. Known for beautifully handcrafted doughnuts, pastries and French pâtisserie-inspired creations, the brand combines artisan craftsmanship, creativity and premium presentation with a lively contemporary coffee-shop experience.

The Role
As a Front of House Team Member, you will be one of the faces of the store, helping create a welcoming and memorable experience for every customer. Your responsibilities will include:
- Welcoming customers and delivering friendly, attentive customer service
- Introducing customers to the range of doughnuts, pastries, desserts and drinks
- Taking orders and accurately processing card payments
- Supporting coffee and barista preparation when required
- Preparing, restocking and maintaining attractive product displays
- Keeping front-of-house and seating areas clean and well presented
- Supporting opening and closing procedures
- Working efficiently during busy service periods
- Communicating closely with colleagues to maintain a smooth workflow
- Maintaining the high presentation and service standards expected within a premium bakery environment
About You
We are particularly interested in candidates with experience in coffee shops, cafés, boutique or artisan bakeries, patisseries, dessert shops or premium food retail. You will ideally have:
- Previous Front of House, café, coffee shop, bakery or hospitality experience
- A friendly, confident and professional approach to customers
- Good spoken English and confidence communicating with customers
- The ability to remain positive and efficient in a busy, fast-paced environment
- Good attention to detail and pride in presentation
- A reliable and punctual approach to work
- Barista or coffee-making experience would be an advantage, but is not essential
- An interest in coffee, pastries, bakery products or premium food
Working Hours
This is a full-time position, working a minimum of 5 days per week on a rotating rota. Shifts include mornings, daytime and evenings, typically falling between 07:30 and 23:00, depending on the store. Flexibility to work weekends and bank holidays is required.
