We are on the lookout for enthusiastic Front of House Team Members to be the face of beautifully designed stores welcoming guests, guiding them through the signature pastry collection, and delivering premium service with warmth and precision.
What You'll Do:
- Greet every guest with charm, attentiveness, and a polished, professional demeanour
- Guide customers through an exquisite range of doughnuts, viennoiseries, and drinks
- Accurately operate till systems and handle card-only transactions
- Assist with store operations: open/close procedures, maintaining a pristine service area, and restocking displays
- Support coffee preparation and basic barista duties when needed
- Collaborate with your team to create a seamless and memorable guest experience
- Uphold high visual and brand standards across all front-of-house areas

Schedule:
This is a full-time position requiring availability at least 5 days a week, including weekends, public holidays, and bank holidays. Shifts are scheduled between 08:00 and 23:30, and candidates must be available to work mornings, daytime, or evening shifts as required. The company is expanding with several new coffee shop openings planned, offering great potential for internal promotion into Assistant Manager and Shop Manager roles.
