This is a senior, multifaceted position for someone who can operate across talent representation and brand partnerships with equal confidence. You will manage a diverse roster that spans celebrity, press, VIP, and macro digital creators, while also driving the commercial growth of RNC Global through proactive brand outreach, partnership development, and full-service client management. This is not a traditional agent role. We are looking for someone who thinks strategically, operates commercially, and understands both the creative and business sides of the industry inside out.

What You’ll Do

  • Talent Management
    • Manage and develop a varied roster across celebrity, press, VIP, and macro digital creator talent
    • Provide strategic career guidance, long-term planning, and day-to-day support for clients
    • Negotiate contracts, media appearances, brand deals, and partnership agreements on behalf of talent
    • Identify and pitch clients for TV, film, digital, press, and live opportunities
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with commissioners, casting directors, producers, publicists, and media contacts
    • Mentor junior team members and contribute positively to agency culture
  • Brand Partnerships & Commercial Development
    • Proactively identify, pitch, and secure brand partnership opportunities across luxury & fashion, FMCG & consumer, tech & gaming, and media & publishing
    • Develop tailored partnership proposals that align brand objectives with talent audiences and values
    • Build and nurture relationships with senior brand and marketing decision-makers
    • Lead on campaign servicing from brief through to delivery, ensuring seamless execution for both talent and brand clients
    • Introduce new commercial revenue streams and wider brand opportunities to grow RNC Global's partnerships offering
    • Stay ahead of industry trends, emerging platforms, and the evolving creator economy

What We’re Looking For

  • 5+ years of experience in talent management, brand partnerships, or a related entertainment/media role
  • A proven track record managing diverse talent — ideally across celebrity, press, VIP, and digital creator verticals
  • Demonstrable experience securing and delivering brand partnerships across multiple sectors
  • An established network across the UK entertainment, media, and brand/marketing landscape
  • Strong commercial acumen and confidence negotiating high-value deals
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a polished, professional approach
  • An entrepreneurial mindset — someone who spots opportunities others miss
  • Ability to manage multiple clients, campaigns, and priorities simultaneously with discretion and professionalism

What RNC Global Offers

  • Competitive salary + commission structure
  • Hybrid working — London base with flexibility
  • A collaborative, high-ambition team culture
