In charge of verifying shipment content against shipping documents provided. Responsible for assisting in material picking against pick list and packing of outbound shipments. In charge of rejecting damaged items and recording discrepancies. In charge of data entry into ERP system. Responsible for assisting Logistics Officer in coordinating with logistics provider on shipment collection. In charge of the visual inspection of material for defects and reporting these and any unusual situations immediately. Operate lift trucks, hand trucks, forklifts, stackers, or any other lifting or material handling equipment/devices to move, convey, or hoist materials or products, following the training provided. Maintain good housekeeping practices in work area.
Requirements:
- Min GCE ‘O’ level and above
- Min 3 years of experience in ERP systems, lifting devices and Material Handling Equipment (MHE)
- Possess a Class 3 Driving License and Forklift License
