Responsible for managing Value Streams along with operations and engineering to ensure capacity matches requirements, availability, and order placement, identification and management of outside service providers, logistics coordination, and on-time starts.
In charge of planning and directing all resources and activities associated with production scheduling and planning, to achieve required business results.
Leading a team of planners to ensure on-time release of work orders, monitor, measure, and address gaps with applicable parties to achieve divisional goals and 100% on-time delivery to the end customer.
Responsible for forecasting intra-company needs in coordination with production planning, utilising the appropriate material requirements planning systems/programs and lean practices.
Managing the monitoring, tracking, and expediting for OV deliveries to support build plan working with related parties of procurement and Engineering.
Formulating build plan based on load capacity analysis.
Managing critical inventory processes such as cycle counting, planning parameters, capacity analysis, and demand planning processes.
Monitoring and reporting on supplier performance and implementing corrective action when required to meet customer demand.
Formulating and supporting cost reduction goals and initiatives.
Other related duties and projects as assigned.
Requirements
- Min Degree in Business or Engineering Related
- Min 5 years of experience in Operations Planning / SCM experience in the manufacturing industry.
- Experience in production flow, inventory flow, and documentation procedures.
