Collaborate with risk owners to identify, document, and monitor risks in the risk register, including controls, mitigation plans, and residual risks.
Analyse risk data and emerging trends to support proactive risk mitigation and timely follow-ups.
Lead and manage digitisation projects, converting physical records into digital formats to improve efficiency and accessibility.
Ensure organisational policies comply with required standards and are properly updated in the Document Management System.
Support governance and improvement initiatives under the CEO’s Office and relevant committees (e.g. ARGC).
Participate in cross-functional projects and organisational initiatives, including events and strategic assignments as required.
Requirements
- Degree in Business, Finance, or related discipline.
- Risk management certification is an advantage.
- At least 5 years’ experience in ERM / risk governance.
- Good understanding of regulatory and compliance requirements.
