In charge of identifying, deploying and driving the successful completion of targeted projects and initiatives that deliver operational and financial results, as well as improved customer satisfaction.
Taking charge as a Business Partner to the Site to drive step-change improvements in business performance by analysing company processes and procedures and developing process enhancement strategies.
Establish and implement an effective framework and structure across the organization to enable continuous business improvement.
Collaborate with stakeholders to enhance productivity.
Lead Continuous Improvement (CI) projects within the business, including training, coaching, guiding, and delivering outcomes.
Stay up to date with developments in management practices and process optimization.
Requirements:
- Min Degree in business or technical/mechanical engineering/operational discipline or relevant
- Minimum 3 years of working experience in delivering step change in business performance
- Experience in business improvement tools & techniques, with associated certification (e.g. Lean, Theory Of Constraints), coupled with demonstrable knowledge and experience in real world applications
- Six sigma certification a plus
