Provide leadership, guidance, and supervision to the Finance team to ensure efficient daily operations. Foster a collaborative team environment and promote continuous improvement in finance processes and controls.
Oversee the full spectrum of finance functions including statutory reporting, management reporting, budgeting, forecasting, treasury management, fixed assets, inventory accounting, and Accounts Payable/Receivable. Ensure timely and accurate preparation of financial reports in accordance with applicable accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
Prepare and review consolidated management reports and financial statements for management reporting purposes. Manage the year-end statutory audit process, including preparation of audit schedules, supporting documentation, and liaison with external auditors.
Requirement
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy or a recognised professional qualification such as ACCA, ISCA, or CA.
- At least 5 years of relevant finance and accounting experience, with a minimum of 3 years in a supervisory or leadership capacity.
- Sound understanding of accounting standards and statutory financial reporting requirements.
