Responsibilities

  • Drive organizational performance by identifying, developing, and retaining high-potential employees to fill critical roles.
  • Work with line managers to create career paths, implement performance management systems, and conduct talent reviews to build a robust leadership pipeline.
  • Design and implement training programs, mentoring, and coaching to build workforce capabilities.
  • Establish performance goals, evaluations, and appraisal systems that align with company objectives.
  • Analyze talent data to identify risks, such as flight risks or skill gaps, and implement retention strategies.
  • Collaborate with business leaders to align talent strategies with overall company goals.
  • Oversee retirement and exit policies, manage redundancies, and ensure smooth leadership transitions.
  • Other reasonable duties as assigned by direct manager.

Requirements

  • Degree in Human Resource or related field of studies.
  • Minimum 8 years of human resource experience.
  • Candidates with healthcare background preferred.
