Conduct service and calibration procedures for spectrophotometers, color readers, illuminance meters, and light meters.
Perform calibration, repair, and maintenance tasks in accordance with standards set by the manufacturing facility in Japan.
Execute adjustments, alignments, replacements, and repairs of equipment and components as per equipment manuals and schematics, utilizing appropriate soldering tools.
Provide precise technical support by responding to customer inquiries via phone and email.
Ensure accurate data entry and completion of service reports to comprehensively document all repair and calibration activities.
Monitor repair cases to guarantee timely completion within the turnaround time specified by the factory guidelines.
Job Requirement
- Minimum Diploma in Electrical & Electronics Engineering or relevant.
- Minimum 2 years working experience in CCTV/Security Industry.
