In charge of supporting the team through accurate business reporting, data governance, and cross‑functional project execution. Responsible for regular operational reporting, ensuring data accuracy in the ERP system.
In charge of providing insightful analysis to management that supports decision‑making, sales support operations, and ROAIC improvement. In charge of preparing, analysing, and presenting monthly/weekly operational reports. Responsible for ensuring proper, accurate, and timely data updates in the ERP system.
In charge of identifying data discrepancies and driving corrective actions with relevant stakeholders. Present reports, analysis, and insights to management during face‑to‑face meetings.
Establish and maintain a data management framework which consists of data ownership and accountability, standard definitions and reporting logic, as well as regular data validation and controls. Lead multiple cross‑functional programs and projects across departments.
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives. Project planning and coordination, providing regular progress tracking. Structured project update reporting to project sponsors and management.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum Degree in Business or related field
- Minimum 3 years of working experience in business operation in the engineering industry
- Experience in ERP
- Proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools
