Due to continued growth, we are looking for a professional Class 1 Driver to join our expanding team.
The Role
- We are looking for a reliable and experienced Class 1 (C+E) Driver to transport vehicles safely across the UK.
- You will be driving an 8.5T Mercedes Atego Automatic towing a 3.5T Brian James T6 trailer.
- Monday to Friday
- Average 50 hours per week
- Early starts are required
- Flexibility is essential due to customer requirements
- Occasional nights out (maximum two per week)
- Delivering high-value vehicles throughout the UK
- Maintaining excellent customer service and professionalism at all times
Requirements
- Valid Class 1 (C+E) Driving Licence
- Valid Driver CPC
- Valid Digital Tachograph Card
- Be aged 25 or over (insurance requirements)
- Maximum of 3 penalty points
- Previous vehicle transport experience preferred or at least 2 years' Class 1 driving experience
- Strong attention to detail when loading and unloading vehicles
- Ability to complete proof of collection and delivery documentation accurately
- Good knowledge of Drivers' Hours Regulations and UK road traffic laws
- Reliable, punctual and able to meet delivery deadlines
