Overview
We’re looking for a Corporate Tax Assistant Manager to join our growing tax team. This role offers the opportunity to work with a diverse client base, contribute to advisory projects, and support the development of junior team members—all while delivering outstanding client service.

Location: Newcastle Upon Tyne
Responsibilities
- Reviewing corporation tax computations and returns
- Preparing corporation tax computations and returns for larger and more complex companies and groups
- Monitoring filing and payment deadlines for our corporate client base
- Identifying tax planning opportunities and attending pre year-end tax planning meetings with clients
- Supporting the Tax Director and Head of Corporate Tax on advisory projects
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships through excellent service
- Mentoring and developing junior team members
Qualifications and Skills
- Strong technical knowledge of corporation tax, ideally with some advisory experience
- Clear and confident communication with clients and colleagues
- Highly organised, proactive, and diligent in approach
- Experience with CCH software (desirable but not essential)
