Duties
- Understand the client’s network and what practices are used to capture it on ESRI.
- Develop detailed project plans including timelines and resource allocation and communicate this with stakeholders.
- Monitor project progress and adjust as needed to ensure timely delivery.
- Lead and mentor a GIS and data team.
- Assign tasks, provide guidance and ensure team members have the resources to conduct their jobs effectively.
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members.
- Ensure adherence to GIS and project standards and best practices.
- Present Monthly/Quarterly/Annual Slides to clients.
Requirements
- Proficient in the MS Office suite.
- Experience with Power BI is desirable.
- Comfortable with collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to ensure compliance with quality standards and regulations and experience in implementing quality improvement methodologies.
- Organisation, time management, problem solving and attention to detail will come naturally to the right candidate.
- Qualification in a GIS related field or experience in working with GIS or similar software is desirable.
- Flexible and adaptable to change.
- People Management Experience.
- Comfortable presenting to senior management.
