Duties
- Undertakes administrative tasks and triages engineering submissions to prepare them for processing.
- Understand the client’s network and what practices are used to capture it on ESRI.
- Performs quality control practices on data to ensure accuracy, completeness and consistency.
- Logs and manages the client’s asset data on SAP and Excel.
- Problem solving and troubleshooting data issues.
- Time management and prioritisation skills to ensure tasks are completed within the SLA.
Requirements
- Previous work in a relevant data entry role is desirable.
- Experience of working with data from asset management systems is desirable.
- Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite.
- Accuracy and attention to detail.
- Problem solving skills.
- Ability to quickly learn new software applications.
