Duties

  • Undertakes administrative tasks and triages engineering submissions to prepare them for processing.
  • Understand the client’s network and what practices are used to capture it on ESRI.
  • Performs quality control practices on data to ensure accuracy, completeness and consistency.
  • Logs and manages the client’s asset data on SAP and Excel.
  • Problem solving and troubleshooting data issues.
  • Time management and prioritisation skills to ensure tasks are completed within the SLA.

Requirements

  • Previous work in a relevant data entry role is desirable.
  • Experience of working with data from asset management systems is desirable.
  • Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite.
  • Accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Ability to quickly learn new software applications.
  • Flexible and adaptable to change.
  • Good communication skills including the ability to provide feedback and elevate issues.
  • Ability to work towards deadlines.
  • Ability to work within a team.
