About the Role: The On-Site Operational Co-ordinator will perform daily operational duties related to personnel at our clientβs site, where we provide HR Managed Services. You will ensure effective communication and collaboration with the client, workforce, and our head office team. Your role is vital in implementing initiatives and providing excellent support to both the client and the workforce. A strong personality, sound judgment, and the ability to work independently are essential. Flexibility to travel to other sites as needed is also required. Key Responsibilities: HR Operations Oversight: Manage on-site people activities, ensuring alignment with HR services. Client Liaison: Act as the main point of contact for the client, facilitating communication and resolving people-related issues. Implementation of Policies: Support the rollout of HR policies and initiatives, ensuring understanding and compliance.
