We have a new exciting opportunity with a new customer – 40+ Roles Available – Various Shift Patterns to choose from.

Location: Killingholme

Job Type: Temp to Perm

Salary: £12.95, paid weekly every Friday

Hours: Monday to Friday, full-time. Site operating hours: 6:00am – 8:00pm (Variety of shift patterns available within these times) 40 hours per week, overtime available.

Ready to get moving in a hands-on, fast-paced role? We’re growing fast and looking for Compound Drivers to join our busy automotive operation in Killingholme. If you enjoy working outdoors, driving a variety of vehicles, and being part of a supportive team — this could be the perfect next step for you.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Safely moving, parking, and storing vehicles in line with company and customer standards
  • Using a handheld device to accurately track vehicle movements
  • Carrying out basic vehicle maintenance checks (tyre inflation, safety checks, etc.)
  • Coordinating with team members to manage vehicle flow around the yard
  • Completing valet/wash services to ensure vehicles are ready for delivery
  • Supporting Pre-Delivery Inspections (PDI), including checks on fluids, batteries, tyres, lights, brakes, wipers, and overall vehicle condition
  • Recording and reporting any damage or defects to the Team Leader

What We’re Looking For:

  • Aged 22 or over (for insurance purposes)
  • Full UK Driving Licence (less than 6 penalty points, no DR10 offences)
  • Reliable, safety-conscious, and happy working outdoors
  • Strong communication skills and a team-player attitude
  • Keen to learn and take on new challenges
