RMS is collaborating with a prestigious automotive client, and we are seeking a Cleaner to join our dedicated team. Our client is renowned for their comprehensive vehicle services, including storage, inspection, maintenance, dispatch, and transportation. We would require your support in maintaining our office environment.

About the role
Working under the supervision and co-ordination of the Compound Manager and Compound Supervisor, the main fundamentals of the role are to ensure a clean, tidy, and healthy working environment through cleaning all work areas and facilities to a high standard.
Key responsibilities of the Role:
- Cleaning of the welfare room, office area, “control tower” and toilets and other areas as designated by the Compound Manager
- Dust and clean all work surfaces, telephones and IT equipment on a weekly basis and regularly ensure skirting boards, window sills and other surfaces are dust free
- Hoover and mop floors
- Clean all internal windows on a regular basis
- Clean and disinfect all work surfaces, kitchen appliances (i.e. microwaves, fridges)
- All bins emptied and rubbish appropriately disposed of
- All toilets, sinks and mirrors and floors to be cleaned accordingly
- Recording stock levels of all cleaning products, and highlighting when replenishments are required
- To ensure health & safety procedures are followed at all times.
- Undertake other duties as directed commensurate with the level of the job function.

The ideal candidate will have previous cleaning experience in a professional capacity. The ideal candidate will have the ability to work to high standards, be enthusiastic and have a positive attitude towards their work. The ideal candidate will have a level-headed approach. The ideal candidate will have a basic understanding of health and safety and cooperate with managers to comply with Health & Safety regulations. The site location is not accessible via public transport. The successful candidate must hold a driving licence and have access to a vehicle.
