The Enterprise Sales Director is responsible for leading and executing the company’s sales strategy to drive revenue growth, market expansion, and customer engagement within the ICP. This role requires new business development, strategic thinking, and the ability to hunt and build relationships. The Enterprise Sales Director will play a pivotal role in developing client relationships, achieving sales targets, and contributing to the overall success of the business.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy aligned with company objectives.

- Drive new business opportunities within the enterprise ICP while expanding existing accounts.

- Negotiate high-value contracts and manage key client relationships.

- Manage and optimise an accurate sales pipeline, ensuring consistent and proactive tracking of opportunities. Take full ownership of pipeline health, internal reporting and regularly forecasting and updating key stages to drive revenue growth and meet or exceed sales targets whilst measuring and identifying bottlenecks in pipeline to increase deal velocity.
