Make a Difference Every Day

We're looking for a passionate and approachable People Operations Lead to be the face of people on site. You'll play a key role in creating a positive employee experience by supporting colleagues, championing wellbeing, and delivering people initiatives that make our workplace a great place to be.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Be the first point of contact for employee queries, providing friendly and professional support.
  • Monitor employee feedback and identify opportunities to improve workplace culture and engagement.
  • Plan and deliver employee engagement activities.
  • Support onboarding and deliver welcoming inductions for new starters.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and support the administration of people processes, including starters, leavers, and contractual changes.
  • Escalate complex employee relations matters to the People Operations Manager where appropriate.

  • Experience in People Operations, or Employee Engagement.
  • A genuine passion for people and creating a great employee experience.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Highly organised, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
