We are recruiting an Onsite Account Coordinator to help manage the daily delivery of a busy client account, providing support to both the client and workforce.

This role would suit someone who is highly organised, confident dealing with people and comfortable working in a fast-moving operational environment.

Previous experience is welcome, although full training will be provided.

Salary: Up to £35,000 per annum Location: Solihull Hours: 40 hours per week (between 8:00am – 6:00pm) Contract Type: Permanent Key Responsibilities

Support the recruitment, registration and onboarding of new workers.

Assist with the day-to-day coordination of the onsite workforce.

Maintain regular contact with workers and support employee engagement.

Monitor attendance, absence, staffing levels and key account performance measures.

Build effective working relationships with temporary workers, supervisors and client representatives.

Respond to worker queries and support the resolution of day-to-day issues.

Maintain accurate records, systems and administration.

Help ensure staffing requirements are met and service standards are maintained.

Work closely with the wider recruitment, payroll and HR teams to support the smooth running of the site.
