Systems & Reporting Administrator

Are you great with Excel, systems and data? Do you spot when something doesn't look right and enjoy finding better ways of doing things?

We're looking for a Systems & Reporting Administrator to join our team at our head office in Darlington, you will oversee the smooth running and accuracy of our HR, Time & Attendance (T&A) and CRM systems, while producing the reporting the business relies on.

  • What you'll be doing
  • Be the first point of contact for queries relating to our HR, T&A and CRM systems.
  • Oversee the accuracy, integrity and smooth running of information held within our systems.
  • Audit data and investigate anomalies, discrepancies and anything that doesn't look right.
  • Produce regular KPI reports and ad-hoc reports for the business.
  • Use Excel to analyse, manipulate and present information.
  • Keep reporting on schedule and make sure deadlines are met.
  • Identify opportunities to improve systems, reporting and processes.

What we're looking for

You'll need to be organised, analytical and detail-focused, with a genuine interest in systems and data.

Essential

  • Strong Excel and report-building skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Experience working with business systems.
  • Ability to understand data and identify anomalies.
  • Strong organisation and time management.
  • Good communication and problem-solving skills.

Desirable, but not essential

  • Power Automate
  • Power BI
  • Process improvement / automation experience
  • Experience with HR, T&A or CRM systems
  • More than just an admin role
