Job Title: Design Manager Location: Middlesbrough Salary: £50,000 – £60,000 per annum Overtime: Overtime paid at enhanced rates Working Hours: 47.5 hours per week (site hours: 7:00am – 7:00pm, Monday to Friday) About the Role: RMS are seeking an experienced and proactive Design Manager to take responsibility for the coordination and delivery of design work across our projects. This is a key role, ensuring that all design aspects are well-planned, technically sound, and aligned with project requirements and deadlines. Key Responsibilities: Design Coordination: Manage and oversee all design elements, ensuring drawings and plans are delivered on time, accurate, and compliant with project specifications. Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with architects, engineers, contractors, and clients to ensure design solutions are practical, buildable, and aligned with project objectives. Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate design-related risks throughout the project lifecycle.
