Company Overview:

We are partnered with a fabulous family office in London who are hiring for an exceptional Team Assistant to support with day-to-day duties and assist with maintaining the space. The successful candidate will be proactive, resilient and maintain the ability to prioritise effectively during busy periods. The family office of the firm, based in St James’s are a lovely team of 7, and are looking for someone who can go in and hit the ground running, while making the role their own. There are lots of exciting projects to get involved with, perfect for an ambitious candidate with an interest in the luxury and arts world.

Responsibilities:

  • Handling all incoming calls and directing accordingly
  • Supporting the team with ad hoc tasks such as research
  • Formatting documents, reports and presentations
  • Proofreading large documents, including art publications and editorial materials
  • Meeting and greeting visitors
  • Assisting with visual material and document layout
  • Booking travel
  • Managing office supplies stationery
  • Managing meeting room allocation and office calendar
  • Distributing incoming post and posting of outgoing post
  • Liaising with IT, cleaning services, and all contractors to ensure office maintenance

Skills and Experience:

  • Minimum of 6 months in a similar creative, administrative role
  • Corporate office experience required
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Positive, can-do attitude
  • Reliable, organised, and motivated
