We have just picked up an exciting new Senior EA role, joining an established, dynamic financial services firm based in London. This position will be supporting the CEO and two partners with traditional diary, travel and inbox duties. The principals are down to earth, approachable, and successful, maintaining a high standard. The successful candidate will be confident, adaptable and proactive. While a background in financial services isn't essential, it will be advantageous. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced EA to join a growing, exciting company in the heart of London.
Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive support to the C-Suite, including complex and demanding calendar management, travel coordination and itinerary planning
- Manage confidential information with discretion
- Organise and manage events, strategy days and conferences
- Manage all travel requirements
- Some personal assistance required, with some out of hours/weekend work
- Manage expenses
- As part of the team: help answering calls, taking messages, setting up for meetings and greeting guests
- Booking meeting rooms and any lunches/refreshments if required
