Responsibilities:
- Complex diary, lifestyle and family management
- Coordinating travel, holidays and logistics
- Managing multiple properties and ensuring homes are prepared for arrivals and departures
- Household and contractor management
- Personal administration including memberships, insurance, healthcare, vehicles and pet administration
- Light EA support including diary management and meeting coordination
- Arranging occasional UK and European business travel
- Organising company lunches, events and celebrations
