Responsibilities:

  • Managing the day-to-day running of the office
  • Supporting Partners and senior leadership
  • Coordinating office operations, suppliers and services
  • Organising client events, socials and team activities
  • Managing lunches, meeting rooms and office coordination
  • Assisting with LinkedIn and website coordination
  • Helping to maintain a positive team culture

Skills Experience:

  • Previous Office Management, Operations, Team Assistant or PA experience
  • Experience within financial services or professional services is desirable
  • Highly organised, proactive and solutions-focused
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Confident working in a fast-paced environment
