Company Overview:
We're recruiting for a brilliant Temp PA opportunity with a well-established property development firm in London.
This is a lovely chance to join a close-knit and supportive business of around 60 people, working alongside an established PA team and providing high-level support to members of the Executive team. They're looking for someone bright, polished and proactive who enjoys being busy, building relationships and becoming a trusted part of the team.

Staff retention is incredibly strong, with many employees having been with the company for over 20 years.
The offices are beautiful, the team is sociable and there are regular company events and get-togethers. They're looking for a highly organised PA with excellent attention to detail, strong initiative and a naturally helpful approach who can keep everything running seamlessly.
Responsibilities:
β’ Complex diary management for multiple Executives, including managing last-minute changes and coordinating with other PAs internally and externally
β’ Organising meetings, including welcoming visitors and clients
β’ Regular liaison with clients and external contacts
β’ Preparing documents, presentations, board papers, letters, minutes and reports, as well as following up with Executives
β’ General administrative support, including answering calls, booking meeting rooms and office coordination
β’ Providing cover for other PAs and supporting with projects as required
β’ Processing monthly expenses
β’ Light travel and accommodation booking
Skills and Experience:
β’ 1 - 2 years' experience in a similar PA or Team Secretary role, with strong diary management experience
β’ Proactive, highly organised and efficient, with the ability to remain calm under pressure
β’ Discreet, personable and a strong team player
β’ Excellent grammar, spelling and attention to detail
β’ Professional, positive and solutions-focused attitude
