Company Overview:
We are working on a fantastic opportunity for a bright and personable Senior Aftersales Administrator to join a fascinating, growing business specialising in bespoke automation design for an impressive high-net-worth client base.
This is a really exciting business working behind the scenes on incredibly high-end, individually designed projects. Joining a close-knit team of around 30 people, you'll become a key point of contact for their clients, building strong relationships and making sure they continue to receive an exceptional level of service.
It's a brilliant role for someone who loves working with people but is equally strong behind the scenes. You'll be coordinating engineers and client visits, managing requests, keeping schedules on track and making sure nothing falls through the cracks.
They will teach you everything you need to know. They are looking for someone confident, organised and personable who can take ownership of a busy workload and build genuine rapport with an incredibly high-end client base.
Responsibilities:
- Building strong, long-term relationships with clients
- Coordinating engineers and managing regular and ad hoc visits
- Acting as a trusted point of contact for a HNW client base
- Managing client requests and resolving any issues that arise
- Keeping schedules, records and internal systems organised and up to date
- Working closely with the wider team to ensure everything runs seamlessly
Skills and Experience:
- At least 3 years' solid administrative experience
- Strong client-facing experience and a natural relationship builder
- Confident, personable and polished
- Highly organised with the ability to manage your own workload
- Comfortable using Excel and Google Sheets
- Proactive, calm and solutions-focused
