Responsibilities:

  • Diary and inbox management
  • Supporting with ad hoc admin for the wider team
  • Travel coordination including visas and itinerary planning
  • Liaising with other EAs to ensure seamless support
  • Organising, scheduling and minuting meetings
  • Coordinating company events
  • Assisting with projects when required

Skills and Experience:

  • Minimum of 3 years in a professional services
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills
  • Proactive, efficient, and solutions-focused
  • Flexible, with the ability to perform well under pressure
  • Strong proficiency in Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
