Responsibilities:
- Diary and inbox management
- Supporting with ad hoc admin for the wider team
- Travel coordination including visas and itinerary planning
- Liaising with other EAs to ensure seamless support
- Organising, scheduling and minuting meetings
- Coordinating company events
- Assisting with projects when required
