Company Overview:
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking for a Team Assistant role with a bit more variety and scope. You’ll become a key part of a small, close-knit team, helping to keep their beautiful Chelsea office running smoothly, welcoming clients and getting involved across different areas of the business, including design, property, sales and marketing.
It’s a wonderfully varied role where no two days will look quite the same. You could be coordinating meetings and client appointments, supporting the design team with samples and presentations, attending properties or photoshoots, helping with installations, or getting involved with social media and marketing content.
They’re looking for someone polished, confident and exceptionally organised, with a proactive approach and a genuine willingness to get stuck in wherever needed. You don’t need previous property or interiors experience, but you will need good office-based experience, plenty of initiative and the confidence to hit the ground running.
You’ll be joining a sociable team of around 15–20 people, and it sounds like a genuinely lovely environment for someone who wants to become a valued and integral part of a growing business, rather than being confined to a traditional desk-based support role.
