Location: London

Hours: 9:00am - 5:30pm

Temporary rate: £25–£35 per hour, depending on experience

Permanentsalary: £55,000–£75,000, with some flexibility for the right candidate

Contract Type: Temp-to-perm

Start Date: ASAP

Days In Office: 4 days per week, Fri WFH

We are working with an exceptional global financial services firm to recruit a high-calibre Senior Executive Assistant to support a small group of senior executives within one of its key investment teams. Responsibilities:

  • Complex diary management across multiple senior executives
  • Coordinating internal and external meetings, appointments and conferences
  • Arranging detailed UK and international travel
  • Managing expenses, receipts and reconciliations
  • Organising conference attendance, associated logistics, meeting preparation
  • Acting as a professional point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
  • Managing correspondence, documents and incoming requests

Skills and Experience:

  • A minimum of 3+ years' relevant administrative or EA experience
  • Previous experience within financial services, real estate, legal or another professional environment
  • Excellent diary, travel and organisational skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication
  • Confidence working independently while also being a collaborative team player
