We are seeking an experienced and highly organised Executive Assistant to join a successful and stable logistics and distribution company in Bristol. This is an excellent opportunity to support the Managing Director with a wide range of responsibilities, including managing diaries, coordinating travel, and providing personal support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Efficiently manage the MD's diary and schedule, ensuring priorities are addressed
- Organise and coordinate travel arrangements, including accommodations and itineraries
- Provide personal support to the MD as required
- Handle various administrative tasks and provide general support to the executive team
Location: Bristol (4 days in the office, flexibility required)
