The role: You’ll act as a true right hand to the team, ensuring everything runs smoothly behind the scenes. Key responsibilities include:
- Complex diary and inbox management
- Coordinating UK and international travel, including visas and detailed itineraries
- Organising, scheduling and minuting meetings
- Liaising closely with other EAs to ensure seamless coverage and collaboration
- Providing administrative support to the wider team when required
- Coordinating internal and external events
- Supporting on ad-hoc projects and initiatives as they arise
About you: This role would suit an EA who is polished, proactive and calm under pressure, with a genuine enjoyment of working in a fast-paced environment. You will ideally have:
- A minimum of 3 years’ experience as an Executive Assistant
- Previous experience within financial services or a similarly demanding professional environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and outstanding organisational ability

- The confidence to anticipate needs and manage multiple priorities seamlessly
