We’re seeking efficient and reliable temporary receptionists who are available for both short-term, ad-hoc assignments and longer-term bookings. As a temp receptionist your role will be to ensure the smooth operation of the office. Duties include, but are not limited too:Answering calls and managing switchboardBooking meeting roomsGreeting guestsManaging office inboxManaging post and couriersGeneral administrative tasks We’re looking for candidates who can bring energy, enthusiasm, and a professional attitude to the front desk and play a key role in its day-to-day success.
