We are partnered with a fabulous family office in London who are hiring for an exceptional Team Assistant and Office Manager to support with day-to-day duties and assist with maintaining the space. The successful candidate will be proactive, resilient and maintain the ability to prioritise effectively during busy periods. The family office of the firm, based in St James’s are a lovely team of 7, and are looking for someone who can go in and hit the ground running, while making the role their own. This is a perfect opportunity for someone looking for their next long term home and settle into a lovely, collaborative team in London.

Responsibilities

  • Handling all incoming calls and directing as appropriate
  • Meeting and greeting visitors
  • Booking travel
  • Managing office supplies & stationery
  • Managing meeting room allocation and office calendar
  • Distributing incoming post and posting of outgoing post
  • Liaising with IT, cleaning services, and all contractors to ensure office maintenance

Skills and Experience

  • Minimum of 3 years in a Team Assistant or similar position
  • Corporate office experience required
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Positive, can-do attitude
  • Reliable, organised, and motivated
