Company Overview
This exciting team assistant position will be joining a lovely Interior Design firm in London. This is an incredibly varied role, seeing you assisting in various areas from meeting and greeting clients and keeping the office running smoothly, to helping the design team with ordering and returning samples, attending properties, assisting with installations and helping set up shoots on an ad hoc basis. There will also be ad-hoc support to the Founder, CEO and EA, including running errands, attending properties on their behalf, managing tenants, buying gifts and generally being a trusted extra pair of hands. The successful candidate will be calm, eager to get stuck in and proactive. The team consists of 15-20 people who are sociable, tight‑knit and work closely together.
Responsibilities
- Meeting and greeting clients
- Maintaining the office spaces
- Supporting the design team with sample coordination
- Visiting properties
- Aiding with installations and ad‑hoc shoots
- Purchasing and managing gifting
- Liaising with tenants on the CEO's behalf
- Acting as the first point of contact for queries
- Assisting with marketing campaigns when required
Skills and Experience
- Marketing experience desirable
- Minimum of 6 months in an admin or similar position
- Excellent organisational skills
- High level of written and verbal communication
- Proactive and motivated
- Corporate office experience required
