Responsibilities
- Conduct detailed market mapping and research to identify potential candidates for senior appointments
- Prepare candidate longlists and briefing documents for client presentations
- Manage and maintain accurate data on the internal database and research tools
- Assist consultants with project coordination, timelines, and documentation
- Liaise with candidates to schedule interviews and gather key information
- Support the preparation of client reports and status updates
- Track competitor activity and industry trends to support business development
Key Skills and Experience
- Experience in recruitment or executive search required
- Researcher or resourcer experience required
- Strong analytical and organisational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
