Responsibilities:

  • Conduct detailed market mapping and research to identify potential candidates for senior appointments
  • Prepare candidate longlists and briefing documents for client presentations
  • Manage and maintain accurate data on the internal database and research tools
  • Assist consultants with project coordination, timelines, and documentation
  • Liaise with candidates to schedule interviews and gather key information
  • Support the preparation of client reports and status updates
  • Track competitor activity and industry trends to support business development

Key Skills and Experience:

  • Experience in recruitment or executive search required
  • Researcher or resourcer experience required
  • Strong analytical and organisational skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Confident using LinkedIn, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office
