Responsibilities:
- Conduct detailed market mapping and research to identify potential candidates for senior appointments
- Prepare candidate longlists and briefing documents for client presentations

- Assist consultants with project coordination, timelines, and documentation
- Liaise with candidates to schedule interviews and gather key information
- Support the preparation of client reports and status updates
- Track competitor activity and industry trends to support business development
