Job Details: 
  • Job Title: Operations Associate
  • Salary: £50,000 – £65,000 DOE
  • Hours: 8.30am – 6.00pm
  • Days in Office: 5 per week

The Company:

This brilliant financial services firm is looking for an Operations Associate to hit the ground running and tackle this exciting role in their London office. This is primarily an Operations role with some various EA and front of house duties making this a perfect, dynamic role for a flexible candidate!

Responsibilities:

Operations duties:
– Maintaining a functional workplace
– Assisting with IT troubleshooting
– Helping with onboarding and offboarding
– Managing and organising events

EA duties:
– Diary management for MD
– Arranging travel (intensity will fluctuate)
– Ad hoc support to CEO if cover is required

Front of House duties:
– Managing and preparing meeting rooms
– Answering main phones
– Meeting and greeting guests

Skills and Experience:

– Office Management experience required
– Front of House experience required
– Ability to work in a fast-paced and high performing environment
– Has worked in a Financial Services firm 
– Competent in tech maintenance to aid with external help desk
