We have a lovely new opportunity within a highly regarded, global private investment firm operating in a professional, fast-paced environment. They’re looking for a Receptionist / Team Assistant to join their close-knit and supportive London team. This is a varied, front-facing role where you’ll quickly become the go-to person in the office, gaining exposure across the business and working closely with both the team and senior stakeholders. It’s ideal for someone who enjoys responsibility, takes pride in their work, and likes being involved.
Responsibilities:
- Acting as the first point of contact for clients and visitors, delivering a polished, professional experience
- Managing calls, emails and ensuring the office runs smoothly day to day
- Supporting with scheduling, diaries and coordination for the wider team
- Booking travel and preparing itineraries
- Processing expenses
- Setting up meeting rooms and supporting client meetings
- Helping with ad-hoc projects and providing general support as needed
Skills and Experience:
- Office experience required
- Experience in an admin support or similar position desirable
- Good understanding of Outlook and MS office packages
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proactive and hard-working
