The company is looking for a proactive and welcoming receptionist to manage the front of house desk and support with as hoc office management responsibilities. The team maintains a brilliant culture with a positive working environment, a great place to work for a receptionist looking to gain valuable office experience.Â

Responsibilities:
Â
• Answering all incoming calls and welcoming clients/contractors
• Managing the office inbox
• Booking and setting up meeting rooms
• Maintaining the reception and meeting room areas
• Handling post, deliveries, and couriers
• Managing stock, kitchen supplies, and sourcing quality providers
• Taking on a variety of additional administrative duties

Skills and Experience:
Â
• Prior experience in reception, front of house, or admin
• Corporate office experience desirableÂ
• Confident, articulate, and well-presented with strong communication skills
• Approachable and proactive – someone who enjoys being the face of the office
