This is an exciting opportunity to join a highly regarded and fast-paced creative organisation supporting a senior leadership team at the heart of the business. The role sits within a collaborative and professional environment where discretion, attention to detail, and adaptability are essential. The Personal Assistant will provide comprehensive support to the Directors’ Office, working closely with the Executive Assistant and acting as a key point of contact across business, personal, and operational matters. This is a varied and trusted role, ideal for someone who enjoys being relied upon and thrives in a dynamic setting.
Responsibilities:
- Managing complex diaries, appointments, and schedules (business and personal)
- Proactively organising and diarising personal appointments
- Coordinating domestic and international travel, including itineraries, check-ins, and travel packs
- Supporting facilities and utilities across multiple properties when required
- Booking meeting rooms, arranging refreshments, and organising lunches for meetings
- Providing full logistical support when Directors are travelling (transport, meetings, venues)
- Taking accurate and detailed meeting minutes when needed
- Maintaining and updating the client database
- Coordinating client and artist gifting for birthdays, Christmas, and key occasions
- Liaising with finance on foreign currency requests and travel cost research
- Managing expenses, reconciliations, and approvals alongside the CFO
- Providing cover for the Executive Assistant during travel or annual leave
- Ensuring confidentiality and professionalism at all times
Key Skills & Experience:
- Minimum 2+ years’ experience in a Personal Assistant role
