We are working on a very exciting new Office and Junior Maintenance Coordinator role for a high-end boutique property firm in Central London. This fabulous client is looking for an outgoing and enthusiastic individual to join their growing team. The role will be hugely varied and see you working across the business. The successful candidate will support the team with day-to-day responsibilities and liaising with clients to ensure the smooth running of all operations.
Responsibilities:
- Office Coordination, helping with team admin & day to day running of the office
- Dealing with maintenance and property enquiries
- Helping new tenants, sourcing future, liaising with contractors
- Speaking with clients, interacting daily and ensuring everything runs smoothly
- Liaising with the team to ensure seamless support
- Coordinating contractors and suppliers
