Company Overview:

I’m thrilled to share a fantastic new opportunity with a highly successful investment firm based in Central London. They are looking for a standout EA to support the team with traditional duties, along with some exciting ad hoc projects. If you love being at the centre of the action and thrive in a collaborative and busy team, this could be a perfect fit. They are looking for someone sharp, proactive and adaptable with prior experience in a fast-paced, financial services environment. You’ll be working closely with a team so confidence, organisation and the ability to remain calm under pressure is key.

Responsibilities:

• Diary and inbox management
• Supporting with ad hoc admin for the wider team
• Travel coordination including visas and itinerary planning
• Liaising with other EAs to ensure seamless support
• Organising, scheduling and minuting meetings
• Coordinating company events
• Assisting with projects when required

Skills and Experience:

• Minimum of 3 years in a Senior EA position
• Financial Services experience desirable
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Positive, can-do attitude
• Reliable, organised, and motivated
