This brilliant role will involve supporting two partners with day-to-day operations, ensuring all arrangements are organised accordingly. The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar role and demonstrate a proactive, driven mindset.

Responsibilities:

  • Dedicated support to C-Suite executives
  • Inbox and diary management
  • Organising action points and follow ups
  • Ensuring calendars are organised in accordance with priorities
  • Office management duties when required
  • Supporting with various admin tasks when required
  • Document preparation
  • Assisting with project coordination

Key Skills and Experience:

  • 5 years of experience in an Executive Assistant position required
  • Financial Services experience required
  • Proactive and enthusiastic attitude
